Simon Lucas North Shore is a twelve time winner of Mitsubishi's Diamond Dealer Award for overall dealership excellence. We sell and service new Mitsubishi vehicles and an assortment of premium used vehicles and customer trade-ins. In 2017 our Service Department won Mitsubishi’s Overall Service Excellence award, and last year we won Mitsubishi’s Service Advisors Skills Competition.


Technician needed

We need an additional technician on a short-term casual basis to catch up with a backlog of vehicle servicing due to the COVID-19 lockdown. Our ideal applicant will be trade qualified and WOF certified. Specific knowledge and experience working with Mitsubishi vehicles is preferred. Diagnostic and/or auto electrical experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. The opportunity to perform a wide variety of technical and mechanical work exists for the successful candidate who can demonstrate the following important skills and attributes:

  • Excellent technical and mechanical skills in motor vehicle servicing and repair.
  • Positive attitude and outlook.
  • Great problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Resilience and adaptability in overcoming obstacles and meeting challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Good communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to positive behaviour that enhances the company’s operation/reputation.
  • A full, clean drivers licence - and can drive manual vehicles.
